Layers aren't just for delicious cakes. Using rugs to layer creates visual texture, and in this case, adds a pattern on top of a neutral sisal rug. While sisal provides a beautiful palette to work with, walking on wool is a lot softer for bare feet.

Our hand-tufted wool rug looks perfectly at home in this gorgeous Portland Craftsman. The variegated wool is cleanable and warms the space up. Sometimes simple is the way to go.
Kush was delighted to assist Osmose Design with a custom colored Gem rug for their client's nursery.
Osmose Design is the creative interior design team behind such notable commercial projects as Ava Gene's, Salt & Straw, & Panic, as well as gorgeous residential interiors like the Fisher & Ricker Residences. For Portland foodies, yes, that it is Portland super chef and restauranteur Andy Ricker.
It is exciting to be a small part of such beautiful work!
We have been getting quite a few requests for round rugs lately, especially for dining rooms. Here is a beautiful round rug in a modern setting. The Luxe rug was hand made in looped and cut wool pile with custom colors chosen by our client Tonia. We appreciate her sharing a photo for all to enjoy! Note the beautiful repeating circular motif that starts with the lighting and connects down to the table and rug. Kitty seems rather pleased with the overall effect.
