Mood boards, design inspo, budget, sizes, time frame, and application (High visibility lobby? Cozy living room? Have 3 kids and 4 dogs? Outfitting an entire building?). We need these details so we can recommend the most suitable product. Kush has over 20 producers in India, Nepal and Thailand. We have solutions for just about every kind of project.
What we do next:
Design and Render: We start by searching within our extensive library of existing private label designs and share with you our best recommendations. From there, our in-house design team works closely with you to refine, adjust, or, create original artworks until they meet your approval.
Color / materials:
We have dozens of material types and thousands of color choices which we can share digitally, or the old fashioned way- via UPS or in person at our gallery. We make material recommendations to achieve just the right look (heathering, natural variation in colors, extra gloss, extra durability, etc).
Sample:
Once all looks good, we order your samples. Lead times vary by product type, but we’ll discuss that with you at the beginning so there are no surprises.
Order:
You can expect regular and transparent updates from us throughout the order process. We work closely with our producers every day so that you can relax and carry on with all the other stuff you need to do as your rugs are in process.
Install:
If you are in the Portland area, we offer free delivery & installation as part of our service. If not, we will ship your rugs and pads to you wherever you are.
